摘要
旨在观察一次递增负荷至疲劳的运动后NK细胞活性的变化及其它与某些生物活性物质变化的关系。实验结果表明,运动后即刻NK细胞活性、IL2活性和β-内啡肽血浆水平显著下降,血浆皮质醇水平明显上升,24h后各指标基本恢复至运动前水平。运动对NK细胞功能的影响是复杂多因素的综合作用,有免疫细胞之间的自身调节,也有激素、神经分泌的调节。运动疲劳后NK活性出现抑制期。
The purpose of the study was to observe the changes of the NK cell activity after the incremental exercise to fatigue and their possible relationship with the changes of IL 2,β-endrophin and cortisol.The results showed that the levels of NK cell activity,IL 2,β-endrophin decreased,and the level of plasmacortisol increased remarkably,immediately after the exercise,but after 24 hours they were all recovered tothe states before exercise. The effects of exercise on NK cell function were a complex and comprehensiveaction,in which there were self regulations among the immune cells and the regulations of the hormone andneural secretion. After exercise to fatigue there appeared the inhibition of NK cell activity.
