摘要
讨论了运动营养概念及其意义,指出运动营养学当前所面临的主要任务是研究:1)人体在运动时热能消耗量代谢规律,特点及需要量;2)人体三大热源物(蛋白质,脂肪糖)在运动时的代谢规律及与运动能力的关系;3)水、无机盐与运动能力的关系;4)维生素与运动能力;5)微量元素与运动能力;6)运动强力手段。
The concept and importance of sports nutriology are discussed,and the main tasks that face itcurrently are indicated. They are to study 1 )the heat energy consumption,metabolic regulation and characteristics during exercise as well as its requirement;2)the relations between the metabolic regulation of thethree main heat resourses (protein,fat and carbohydrate) of the body and perforrnance; 3)the relations between water,minerals and performance; 4)vitamins and performance; 5 )trace elements and performance and6)ergogenic aids.
