投掷发力伴随发出吼声的作用和机制 被引量:9

The Role of Power Generation with Roar and Its Mechanism in Throwing

摘要 对354名大、中学生及投掷运动员的吼声发力和无声发力的对比研究结果证明:吼声发力比无声发力效果好。分析认为,投掷发力时发出吼声是人体做憋气用力引起的;发力时发出吼声还能激动大脑皮质,挖掘肌肉潜力;吼声发力还可避免憋气发力对身体的不良影响;在某些项目中还具有战术意义。 The comparison between power generation with roar and that without roar was made in 354college and middle school students as well as throwers. The results indicated that the effect of power generation with roar was better than that without roar. The analysis suggested that the thrower's roar duringpower generation in throwing resulted from the body's effort while holding his /her breath. The roar during power generation excited the cerebral coxtex and tapped the latent power bf the muscles. power generation with roar could also avoid the passive effects on the thrower's body,while holding his/her breath,and in some events it was of tactical significance.
