摘要
刑事政策是现代世界各国都非常关注的一个常新论题。关于其价值,是一个值得分析的问题。而且,在现时代,在分析刑事政策价值的同时,更重要的还是要对其价值取向进行考量。本文试图在分析刑事政策的价值的基础上,进而考量其价值取向问题。
Criminal policy is one of the hot issues in every country of the world. And its value is worth discussing.
