On the Construction of the System of All-round Employment Guidance in the New Time

随着我国高等教育大众化时代的到来和中国加入WTO,对高校毕业生就业指导的方式、方法和内容都提出了全新的要求。本文从分析新时期构建高校就业指导体系的必要性入手,对新时期高校就业指导的主要内容及其重要意义等问题进行深入探讨。

On the arrival of the times of our higher educational popularization and the suceessful entry of China into WTO,brandnew requirements of students＇ employment,thinking ways,employment content and guiding modes have been put forward.To start with the analysis of the necessity of constructing the system of employment guidance for college students,this article elaborates the main content and their meanings of employment guidance.
