分期针刺配合康复治疗技术对急性期脑卒中患者运动功能的影响

Staging Acupuncture in Combination with Rehabilitation Treatment Technique for the Recovery of Extremities Inferior Motor Function in the Patients with Acute Stroke

目的:观察分期针刺配合康复治疗技术对急性期脑卒中患者运动功能的影响。方法:将病程<2周的脑卒中偏瘫患者80例随机分为A、B 2组各40例,按急性期常规处理的同时均进行促通技术为主的治疗方法,A组并增加分期针刺疗法。治疗前及治疗2月后以Fugl-Meyer运动功能指数(FMA)和脑卒中病损评估法(SIAS)评定2组患者的运动功能。结果:FMA运动功能评分与治疗前比较,2组均有显著提高(P<0.01),且A组优于B组(P<0.01)。SIAS评分与治疗前比较,A组显著提高(P<0.01),B组则无显著变化。结论:分期针刺配合促通技术可以显著促进偏瘫患者运动功能的恢复,减少病损程度。

Objective： To investigate the effect of staging acupuncture in combination with rehabilitation treatment technique for the recovery of ambulation in patients with acute stroke. Methods： Eighty hemiplegic patients with acute stroke （disease duration 〈 2 weeks） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n = 40 in each group）. The patients in the treatment group were subjected to staging acupuncture in combination with rehabilitation treatment technique, while those in the control group only to rehabilitation treatment. Common medications were necessary for all the patients. The ambulation in the patients was assessed by Fugl-Meyer and SIAS indices before and 2 months after treatment. Results： Fugl-Meyer indices were significantly increased after treatment as compared with those before treatment in both two groups （P〈0.01）, and those in group A than in group B （P〈0.01）. As compared with those before treatment, SIAS indices were significantly increased after treatment in group A, while those in group B had no significant changes. Conclusion： Staging acupuncture in combination with rehabilitation treatment technique could significantly promote the recovery of motor function of the hemiplegic patients with acute stroke.
