摘要
21世纪企业管理已经进入了一个全新的人力资本管理时代,核心人力资源对企业发展的助推作用真正实现了“质”的突破。毫无疑问“人”已经成为我们这个时代最具战略意义的资源。矿山产业作为一种具有独特个性的行业,如何更好的管理人才,激励人才,发展人才,留住人才。已经成为关系到其可持续发展的核心问题。本文结合激励管理理论和矿山人力资源管理实践,对矿山企业如何做好人力资源激励做了创新性研究。
Enterprise management has entered into a fire-new era of manpower capital management in 21^st cenury, the core manpower resource has essentially played and important role in the development of enterprises, and 'man' has undoubtedly become the most strategic resource. How to manage, stimulate, develop and hold 'man' has become a key problem about the sustainable development of mining which has special individuality. Based on stimulating management theory and the practice of manpower management in mining, the issue about how to do well in stimulating manpower resource is studied creatively.
