Discussions on Protection of Trade Secret of Enterprises

针对我国企业商业秘密的保护现状,对企业保护自身商业秘密的重要意义、商业秘密法律保护的途径以及企业如何依法构建商业秘密保护体系、制定相应的规章制度、保护措施等问题,从法律的角度进行了一定的分析和探讨,并提出了一些解决问题的方法和构想。

Trade secret is a kind of special immaterial wealth which belongs to a branch of intellectual property. With the development of market economy and acceleration of globalizatoion trend, wade secret protection becomes a key factor for enterprises to win in competition. However, in China, enterprises have many misunderstanding zones and insufficiency about the protection of trade secret. Therefore, how to strengthen the consciousness of trade secrets protection and esablish a secret protection system based on related laws have become an urgent question for many Chinese enterprises. Based on the present situation about trade secret protection in Chinese enterprises, many important issues about trade scent protection, such as the protection significance, the legal proteeton way, as well as how to establish a protection system, corresponding roles and regulations etc. are discussed in the light of law, and some suggestions and conceptions are put forward.
