HPLC法测定通窍鼻炎片中木兰脂素的含量

Determination of magnolin in Tongqiaobiyan Tablets by HPLC

目的 建立HPLC法测定通窍鼻炎片中木兰脂含量的分析方法。方法 用Phenomenex C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），乙腈-四氢呋喃-水（35：1：64）作为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为274nm。结果 木兰脂素在0．2～2．0μg与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．77％，RSD—1．048％（n=5）。结论 方法操作简便、重现性好、灵敏度高、专属性强，可用于通窍鼻炎片的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of magnolin in Tongqiaobiyan Tablets. METHODS The HPLC method was performed on Phenomenex C18 column, acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuan- water（35 ：1 ： 64） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 ,and detection wavelength was set at 274nm. RESULTS The liner rang of magnolin was 0.2-2.0μg（ r =0. 9999） ,the average recovery was 99. 77% with RSD =1. 048%（ n =5）. CONCLUSION The method was simple,highly repeatable, highly sensitive and specific,and can be used for quality control of Tongqiaobiyan Tablets.
