HPLC法测定暖宫孕子胶囊中芍药苷的含量

Determination of paeoniflorin in Nuangongyunzi Capsule by HPLC

目的 建立测定暖宫孕子胶囊中芍药苷含量的HPLC分析方法。方法 用Sunfire C18色谱柱（150mm×4.6mm，5μm），甲醇-乙腈-0．05％冰醋酸（7：18：75）作为为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min_。，检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷在7．04~352μg·ml^-1与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．78％（RSD=1．07％，n=5）结论 方法操作简便、重现性好、灵敏度高、专属性强，可用于暖宫孕子胶囊的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of paeoniflorin in Nuangongyunzi Capsule. METHODS The HPLC method was performed on Sunfire C18 column, methanol-acetonitrile-0. 05 % glacial acetic acid （7 ： 18 ： 75）as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0ml· min^-1, and detection wavelength was set at 230nm. RESULTS The liner range of paeoniflorin was 7.04 -352μg·ml^-1 （ r =0. 9999） ,the average recovery was 100. 78% withRSD =1.07%（ n =5）. CONCLUSION The method was simple,highly repeatable,highly sensitive and specific,and suitable for quality control of Nuangongyunzi Capsule.
