摘要
顺应当前简易工况法汽车检测技术的发展,文章从汽车道路行驶方程及力学模型入手,分析瞬态工况模拟台架的行驶方程及受力平衡,建立了模拟台架的机械惯量模型,并推导出其计算公式。试验表明,用该模型指导设计模拟试验台架,机械当量惯量的计算简单、可靠,是有效提高瞬态工况模拟台架精度的途径之一。
According to currently simplified loaded mode car testing technology develop, the article start with the road exertion equation of car and mechanics model, analyze the transient work simulating bed exertion equation and force balance, established simulating bed mechanical inertia model, and export its calculate formula. The test indicated, using the model instruct design the simulating bed, mechanical inertia calculating is simply, credibility, is one of approach to improve transient work simulating bed precision in effect.
