摘要
研究一种从模具型芯底部进入型芯内部,由斜滑槽传动结构、传动联结销以及小孔型芯组成内抽芯脱模机构。该机构能减少推动力,可解决结构空间受限制、深度很大制件内部抽芯脱模问题。
An internal core- pulling mechanism that enters core' s innerpart from bottom of core is developed. The mechanism consists of the inclinded slot - sliding mechanism, joint pin and the core for little hole. It can reduce driving power and resolve the problem of the internal core - pulling about products with the limited space and large deep.
