摘要
齿轮副啮入冲击过程的仿真基于虚拟样机技术,采用ADAMS建立其齿轮系统力学模型。并根据啮合冲击的影响情况,得到某一特定传动条件下单对齿轮副冲击速度及冲击力的变化规律曲线,进而可以指导齿轮系统的设计和优化。
The gear pair meshing impact simulation was based on virtual prototype technology adopted ADAMS to establish the dynamic model of gear system. According to the influence situation of gear impact, the changing rule curve of impact velocity and impact force of single gear pair under the special transmission conditions was acquired. Then, the design and optimization of gear system was directed.
