摘要
弹体质量在线自动检测设备由进料、测量、传送、出料和分选机构组成。径向定位以被测件的上下定心部外圆为第一定位基准,依靠被测件自重和两套V型定位机构实现。轴向定位以被测件外底平面中心为第二定位基准,依靠被测件自重和轴向顶紧实现。系统采用相对测量法,根据测量结果分选合格品与不合格品。
The on-ling automatic detection equipment for shell body quality consists of inputting, measuring, transmission, outputting, and separation. The radial orientation took the top and bottom centering circles of measured objects as the first orientation benchmark; and it was realized by measured object weight and two sets of V-type orientation equipments. The axial orientation took the outer bottom surface center of the measured object as the second orientation benchmark; it was realized according to the measured object weight and the axial hitting. The system adopted relative measurement method to choose eligible product and non-eligible product based on measure results.
