《能改斋漫录》是宋人笔记中较为重要的一种。它内容广博,为后世文史考订工作提供了大量资料。同时,它也蕴涵着丰富的语言学史料,为我们研究语言提供了不少可资利用的宝贵材料。从五个方面试着对《能改斋漫录》中的语言学史料作简要的述评:方言俗语的考释;疑难词语的辨析;古书用字的分析;特殊辞例的说明;称谓语的考证。

Neng Gai Zhai Man Lu was one of the important notes in Song Dynasty. It was abundant with the valuable material of literature and language. The thesis discusses the linguistic material which shows in five aspects： the research on the dialect, the study on difficult words, the explanation to the character of ancient books, the research on the specific expression and the study on appellations.
