摘要
建立用ICP-AES直接测定润滑油中S元素的分析方法,对仪器的工作条件进行调整优化,用S标准油建立校准曲线,采用含S量低的航空煤油作为稀释溶剂,并稀释10倍。测量的结果精度高,重复性好,比目前其他测S的方法好。
An analytical method for determining sulfur content directly with ICP- AES organic sample was proposed. The optimum condition was selected. The sulfur standard samples were applied to make calibration curve. Oil samples were diluted 10 times by aviation kerosene with low sulfur content. Measured result showed that this method is better than the current other methods for measuring sulfur, with high accuracy and good repeatability.
