棘头梅童鱼人工繁殖及育苗技术研究

Studies on the Technique of Artificial Propagation and Larva Nursery of Collichthy lueidus

从2002年至2005年在浙南瑞安市飞云江口海域进行棘头梅童鱼人工繁殖和育苗技术研究,采用湿法和半干法人工授精的方法获得受精卵,孵出仔鱼。采取生态式育苗方法,共育出全长3cm以上的鱼苗2654尾。

Zhejiang mariculture reseach institute had studied on the technique of artificial propagation and larva nursery at Feiyun estuary of Ruian country, Southern Zhejiang from 2002 to 2005. Fertilized eggs were achieved with wet and mid-dry method, and then larvae were hatched. We had cultured 2,654 juveniles of Collichthy lueidus above 3 cm with ecology breeding method.
