4种常用药物对七彩神仙鱼的急性毒性试验

Acute Toxicity Effects of Four Kinds of Drugs on Symphysodon aequfasciatus

选用4种常用药物对七彩神仙鱼进行急性致毒试验。根据24 h半致死浓度TLm24的大小来判断药物对七彩神仙鱼的毒性大小。结果显示,可将其由高到低排列如下:敌百虫>高锰酸钾>亚甲基兰>福尔马林。并根据TLm24及TLm48计算了各种药物的使用安全浓度。此4种药物的安全浓度分别为0.47、1.47、2.12和31.41 mg/L。

Acute Toxicity effects of four kinds of drugs such as Mercurous nitrate,trichlorfon, Potassium permanganate and Formaldehyde on Symphysodon aequfasciatus were studied. It found that the 24 hours Median Lethal Concentration （TLm24） of these disinfectants on the juveniles were ranged in a descendent order as： Trichlorfon〉Potassium Permanganate〉Methylene Blue〉Formaldehyde.The safe concentrations of Mercurous nitrate,trichlorfon, Potassium permanganate and Formaldehyde were 0.47 mg/L, 1.47 mg/L, 2.12 mg/L, 31.41 mg/L respectively.
