定海海区潮间带的放线菌筛选及其抗菌活性 被引量:1

摘要 采用不同方法筛选舟山定海海区潮间带放线菌并对分离到的菌株采用纸片扩散法进行拮抗试验。结果表明利用蛋白胨琼脂培养基结合SDS化学法样品预处理可以明显提高放线菌的检出机率;分离到的115株放线菌中,其中相当一部分菌株具有较广的抗菌谱和强抗菌活性;拮抗放线菌主要以抗革兰氏阳性细菌为主(80.7%),抗革兰氏阴性细菌(46.5%)和抗真菌(50.9%)的比例较低。 In this paper we have isolated actinomyces in the intertidal zone of Dinghai sea area by the different separation method and carried out the antiexperiment to the separation strains using the slip of paper diffusion. The result showed that adopting protein agar medium after pretreatment with SDS chemical method could significantly improve the benefit of isolating actinomyces from soil. Among the 115 actinomyces isolated, quite a few of the strains have relatively broader antibiotic range and strong antimicrobial activity. 80.7 % of antibiotic-producing actionmyces inhibits the growth of G+ bacteria, 46.5 % for G- bacteria and 50.9 % for fungi.
