基于地理信息系统的滇池浮游植物生物多样性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据2002年5~9月滇池9个采样点浮游植物的调查结果,在ACCESS数据库中编制计算生物多样性指数的代码,得到滇池浮游植物种群的Shannon-wiener指数值和Pielou均匀度指数值。在地理信息系统(ArcGIS)的支持下利用数据插值、栅格图形加权平均和数学运算模型等空间分析手段对滇池浮游植物群落生物多样性进行了综合的分析和评价。结果表明,就滇池的浮游植物种群结构而言,在个体的数量上蓝藻门占绝对的优势,但就种类组成来说,绿藻门占了47%左右,硅藻门占31%,蓝藻门占18%。滇池浮游植物的Shannon-wiener指数和Pielou指数在时间序列上表现为5月份最高、9月份其次,7月份最低。滇池浮游植物的Shannon-wiener指数、Pielou指数和生物多样性阈值在空间上的变化呈现南部高于北部的趋势。 Base on the data from nine sampling sites of Dianchi lake from May to September in 2002, the biodiversity indexes of Shannon-wiener and Pielou of phytoplankton community were got through coding module of ACCESS. Then, the above data were analyzed and evaluated synthetically by using the spatial analytical methods of data interpolation, grid average weight and mathematic calculation model supported by Geographical Information System (GIS). The results indicated that: Cyanophata was dominating species in quantity. Chlorophyta was 47 %, Bacillariophyta was 31%, Cyanophata was 18 % in component of species. The values of Shannon-wiener and Pielou behaved in time series were that, May was high, September was in-between, July is lower. The biodiversity indexes of phytoplankton community from the north of Dianchi lake were inferior, and that of the south of Dianchi lake were senior.
