用于多业务的可变接入权值软切换排队算法

The Queuing Algorithm of Soft Handoff with Alterable Access Weight in Multi Services

摘要 随着第三代移动通信网中多业务需求的日益增加,提出不同业务应区别对待,实时性差的业务采用信道借用,实时性强的业务采用信号预测动态改变呼叫优先级,同时引入可变接入权值以满足不同区域不同时间段不同业务所占比重不同的需求。 Demand for services provided by 3G mobile communication networks is continuously growing. Due to the differences between services, this paper proposed an ameliorative soft handoff algorithm to be used in different services. The channel borrowing method can be used in services which have time constrains. Other services may use dynamic priority based on signal prediction. Alterable access weight is introduced to meet the different requirements in various areas, time and ratio of different services.
