摘要 提出了基于物料清单集成的集成建模方法,该方法是一种新的企业资源优化系统的核心技术。为了缩小企业资源优化系统模型的规模,根据物料在物料清单和工艺路线中的特性,将它们分为关键物料和非关键物料,通过一个物料清单集成过程,将非关键物料集成到关键物料中。求解由关键物料构成的规模缩小的模型后,再通过一个分解过程,得到所有物料的排产计划。 An aggregate modeling method based on Bill of Material (BOM) aggregation was proposed, which played a key role in new Enterprise Resource Optimization System (EROS). In order to reduce the scale of EROS model, the production materials were divided into critical and non-critical materials according to the characteristics of the BOM and process routing. Through a BOM aggregation process, the non-critical materials were aggregated into the dummy ones. After solving the small scale model which was composed of critical materials and dummy materials, a decomposition process was used to achieve the necessary production scheduling information of the original materials.
