摘要
目的探讨脉压在高血压病并发心肌梗塞中的意义。方法回顾性配比分析2组男性高血压病患者的平均动脉压和脉压水平:A组为高血压病并发心肌梗塞的患者(n=75),B组为同等条件下无心肌梗塞的高血压病患者(n=75)。结果A、B两组患者的平均动脉压(MAP)分别为(113±11.52)mmHg、(109±13.12)mmHg,差异无显著性(P>0.05),A、B两组患者的平均脉压(PP)分别为(73±10.42)mmHg、(62±12.32)mmHg,A组脉压明显高于B组脉压,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脉压增大是高血压病发生心肌梗塞的独立危险因素。
Objective To investigate the role of pulse pressure in the occurrence of myocardial infarction in hypertensive patients. Methods Patients were divided into 2groups ： A group （ n = 75 ） and B group （ n = 75 ）, mean artery pressure （ MAP ） and pulse pressure （PP） were analyzed by retrospective matching analysis. Result The levels of PP were significantly higher in A group compared to B group（ P 〈 0.05 ） while the levels of MAP were similar between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The increased PP is the independent risk factor for myocardial infarction in hvoertensive oatients.
