摘要
目的探讨DWI技术在脊髓成像中的可行性和应用价值。方法使用PhilipsGyroscanIntera1.5T超导磁共振成像仪,对5例正常脊髓和24例外伤后脊髓进行ssh-DWI、msh-DWI成像,观察DWI成像意义以及不同参数下对成像效果的影响。结果29例脊髓使用msh-DWI技术获得了比较满意的DWI图像,测得相应的ADC值;使用ssh-DWI技术获得的图像质量较差,无法测得准确的ADC值。结论使用msh-DWI技术可以实现对脊髓的扩散加权成像,获得脊髓早期损伤和功能障碍的客观影像学依据,为手术和治疗提供更全面的影像学资料。
[Objective] To discuss the feasibility and application value of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) in spinal cord. [Method] Five volunteers and 24 spinal trauma cases were examined with ssh-DWI and msh-DWI by Philips Gyroscan Intera 1.5-tesla MR system. Then, to observe and compare the effects of DWI with different parameters. [Result] 29 cases with msh-DWI obtained satisfied images and ADC values could be calculated. The images produced by ssh-DWI technique showed weak quality and ADC value could not be calculated. [Conclusion] Msh-DWI can be successfully used in spinal cord. It will provide additional information for early diagnosis and promptly treatment of spinal cord injury.
