摘要
目的研究不同剂量冷光紫外线对不同细菌的杀菌效果及不同细菌对紫外线照射的敏感性,为临床学科应用紫外线疗法提供理论依据。方法采用细菌悬液接种,将金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌及混合菌接种到琼脂培养基后,随机分为6组,再分别给予不同剂量冷光紫外线照射——“O”(对照组),3"、5"、8"、10"及15"(照射组)。照射后立即置入恒温箱中孵育,48h后观察细菌生长状况。结果对照组细菌均匀生长,照射组有少许或无细菌生长,两者之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。不同剂量紫外线照射对同一类细菌的杀菌效果,以及相同剂量紫外线照射对不同细菌的杀菌敏感性之间亦有一定的差异。结论冷光紫外线对常见病原菌均有良好的抑菌/杀菌作用。
[Objective] To study scientifical application of Ultraviolet radiation therapy in clinic, bactericidal effects of cold-light ultraviolet of different dosage on respective bacteria. [Methods] Staphylococcus aureus, olibacillus, bacillus pyocyaneus and bacterial mixture in suspending liquid were inoculated on agar uhure medium,and randomly divided into 6 groups, and respectively received cold-light ultraviolet of 0″(control group), 3″, 5″, 8″, 10″, 15″ (Irradiated group), then placed into calorstat and incubated for 48 h. [Results] Bacteria were well-distributed in control group, however there were a few bacteria or none in Irradiated groups. There is a definite difference among the bactericidal effects of cold-light ultraviolet of different dosage on the identical specie of bacteria and among the bactericidal sensibility of cold-light ultraviolet of identical dosage on the different species of bacteria. [Conclusion] Cold-light ultraviolet light is an excellent bacteriostat or there is well bactericidal effect.
