指顶阑尾提钩的研制与临床应用

Preparation and clinical aplication of finger-pressing appendicular drawed-hook

目的研制并探讨指顶阑尾提钩在阑尾切除术中的可行性及优点。方法自1993～2005年,一共用指顶阑尾提钩协助行阑尾切除术165例。结果总有效率为98%。结论用指顶阑尾提钩协助行阑尾切除术具有切口小的优点,利于患者术后恢复。

[Objective] To Prepare and explore the feasibility and advantage of finger-pressing appendicular drawed-hook in appendectomy. [Methods] 165 patients were involved in the study from 1993 to 2005. [Result] The total effective rate of the study is 98%. [Conclusion] There is minimally invasive effect in appendectomy with finger-pressing appendicular drawed-hook and it is better in recover after the operation, so it can be applied in clinic.
