颅咽管瘤显微切除术后并发症防治的研究

Research on prevention and treatment of postoperative complications following microsurgical removal of craniopharyngioma

目的总结颅咽管瘤切除术后常见并发症的防治措施。方法分析127例颅咽管瘤手术后所出现的各种并发症的临床资料。结果颅咽管瘤术后常见并发症为尿崩、水电解质平衡失调、高热、高血糖和癫痫,其发生率分别为82.7%、81.1%、47.2%、44.9%和13.4%。结论颅咽管瘤术后并发症多,早期预防和治疗,可进一步提高该病的治愈率。

[ Objective ] To summarize the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications following craniopharyngioma excision. [Methods] The clinical data of 127 cases with postoperative complications following craniopharyngioma excision were analysed. [Rusult] Diabetes insipidus, imbalance of electrolyte, high fever, treahyperglycaemia and epilepsy were the common complications. Their occurrence rates were 82.7%, 81.1%, 47.2%, 44.9%, 13.4% respectively. [ Conclusion] The postoperative complications of craniopharyngioma of excision are common, and early prevention and treatment can furtherly increase the curative rate.
