In the teaching activities of the new PE course, the chief means to develop the mental-health education is the concretization of the cultivation objective in the mental-health education, the explicitness of contents, the multicomponent of methods and measures and the scientiflcity of the appraisal method, and it should combine itself organically with the characteristics of PE course.
