高硅氧/有机硅透波材料介电性能实验分析 被引量:7

Experimental analysis on dielectric properties of silica glass/silicone radome material

摘要 对所研制的低残炭率甲基硅树脂基透波复合材料的介电性能进行了实验分析。结果表明,用甲基硅树脂作为基体的透波复合材料介电性能优良,在800℃和1200℃高温处理后,采用电磁波频率9.30GHz测试介电常数小于3.5,材料透波率高达90%以上;在700—1200℃范围内介电常数随温度的升高变化不明显,温度每升高100℃,介电常数变化小于1%;在一定范围内,增加添加剂含量对透波材料的介电性能影响不大;采用浸渍有机硅树脂和表面涂覆有机涂层的防潮处理方法,可有效抑制材料介电性能的变化。 The dielectric properties of methylsilicone resin matrix radome material with low carbon residue rate were analyzed by experiment. The results show that the radome material has excellent dielectric properties, After 800 ℃ and 1 200 ℃ high-temperature treatment, the dielectric constant of this material is less than 3.5 when frequency of electromagnetic wave is 9.3 GHz, and the microwave transmittance of this material is up to 90%. The change of the dielectric constant with temperature is insignificant in the range of 700 - 1 200 ℃ . Each time when temperature rises by 100℃, the change of the dielectric constant is less than 1%. Increasing additive content has a small influence on dielectric properties over a certain range. Variation of dielectric properties can be restricted effectively by using some moistureproof methods like impregnating the material with silicone resin and coating organic material on the surface.
