缠绕管件轴压强度的数值分析与实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 以Tsai-W u准则作为铺层失效判据,用三维有限元法研究了缠绕角度和环向缠绕层含量对炭/环氧管件轴压强度的影响规律。用Boltzm ann方程对有限元分析结果进行了数据拟合,得到轴压强度关于缠绕角的计算式。通过拟合公式计算了22°、35°、48°和61°共4种随机缠绕角的管件轴压强度,并对这4种缠绕角度的管件及其具有部分环向缠绕层的管件进行了轴压强度实验。实验结果验证了数值分析结果是可靠的。 Taking Tsai-Wu criteria as ply failure criterion, the effects of winding angles and circular winding layer content on the axial compressive strength (ACS) of the carbon/epoxy plumbing were investigated by 3D finite element (FE) method. The FE analysis results were fitted by Boltzmann equation, and calculation formula for winding angles of the axial compressive strength was obtained. ACS of the plumbing with four stochastic winding angles (22° ,35 ° ,48° and 61°) was calculated by fitted formula, moreover ACS for the plumbings with four stochastic winding angles and partial circular winding layer was experimentally tested. The test results show that numerical analysis results are reliable.
