摘要
目的 建立化妆品中常用防腐剂对羟基苯甲酸酯类、苯甲酸、苯甲醇、卡松的测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,以乙酸铵(0.02mol/L)-甲醇为流动相,采用梯度淋洗,同时测定化妆品中7种常用防腐剂。结果各防腐剂在10~100μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r〉0.999),平均回收率为91.5%~95.5%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~2.5%。结论 本法简便,快速,灵敏,准确,可用于化妆品中防腐剂的测定。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for determination of preservatives including parebens, benzoic acid, benzoic alcohol and kathon in cosmetics. Methods By using the HPLC method, mobile phase was ammonium acetate (0.02mol/L) - methanol and gradient elution was used to determine preservatives in cosmetics. Results Preservatives showed good linearity within the range of 10 - 100μg/ml (r〉0. 999), average recovery waw 91.5% - 95.5%, RSD was 1,3 % - 2.5 %. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple, sensitive, and accurate and could be applied to determination of preservatives in cosmetic preparations.
