某武警部队干部脂肪肝相关危险因素病例对照研究

A Case-controlled Study on Cause of Fatty Liver in Officers of a Armed Police Troops

目的探讨武警部队干部脂肪肝发病的主要危险因素,为部队干部脂肪肝的防治提供理论依据。方法采用病例对照研究对48例脂肪肝患者和2组100例对照人群进行单因素和多因素分析。结果发现男性、饮酒、肥胖、甘油三酯增高、工作性质5个危险因素与脂肪肝发病明显相关。结论武警部队干部脂肪肝的发病与多种因素有关,部队应采取干预措施加强控制。

Objective To investigate the risk factors of fatty liver in officers of a armed police troops so as to take theoretic foundation. Methods A case - controlled study of risk factors by single variable and multiple variable analyses in 48 patients with fatty liver and 100 normal controls was conducted. Results Five risk factors： male, excessive drinking, overweight, increased triglyceride and particular task type had significant correlation. Conclusions Development of fatty liver is caused by various factors, Long- term intervention measures are required in prevention and control of fatty liver.
