摘要 目的 建立离子色谱法测定饮用水中碘化物。方法 离子色谱仪系统,选择40mmol/L氢氧化钠为淋洗液,流速1.0ml/min。结果测定方法相关性好(r〉0.9999),线性范围宽(0.001~0.50rag/L),精密度高(RSD〈3.59%),准确度好。结论 方法简便、快速,无干扰,灵敏度高,有较高的实用价值。 Objective To set up a method for determination of iodide by ion chromatography with electrochemical detection. Method Iodide was detected by ion chromatography at eluent of 40mmol/L NaOH and velocity of flow was 1. 0 ml/min, applied potential of + 0.10V. Results The method showed broad linear range from 0. 001 mg/L to 0.50 mg/L and good correlativity (r〉0. 9999). The precision and accuracy was excellent (RSD 〈 3.59 % ). The detection limits for iodide was 0.00007mg/L. Conclution Ion chromatography method with high sensitivity is simple and rapid, without any interference, and suitable to be applied in determination of iodide in drinking water .
