摘要
在实际生产现场中,由于受到参数整定方法烦杂的困扰,常规PID控制器参数往往整定不良、性能欠佳,对运行工况的适应性很差,采用自校正PID控制技术,可以适应复杂的工况和高指标的控制要求。自校正PID控制器的参数校正原则是,通过PID参数的选取,使系统成为具有期望的闭环特征方程。采用极点配置,寻求一个反馈控制律,使得闭环传递函数的极点位于希望的位置。
In practical situation of production as bothered by the complexity of adjusting parameters, the parameters of the conventional PID controller are often poorly adjusted , and the function is not optimal , and the adaptability to working conditions is too bad. Therefore we study the self-tuning PID control technology to adapt to the complex working conditions and the controller is to select the PID parameters , and to make the system to become a close-loop eigen equation which has an expectation value.Extremum point allocation is used to find a feedback control law, to make the extremum point of a close-loop transmission function is in the eapected position.
