摘要
采用了53种小麦,测定了其角质率和抗粉碎硬度指数,并以抗粉碎硬度指数表示其硬度;同时,在一定的条件下,使用扫描仪采集小麦剖面的反射图像,分别对每种小麦反射图像进行分析,获取色泽参数,将色泽参数与角质率或抗粉碎硬度指数进行线性回归.实验结果显示,小麦图像有色泽特征参数,其相关性十分显著(r为0.9以上,n=53).
The vitreosity and the pulverizing resistance index (PRI) as hardess index of 53 kinds of wheat were determined. Under certain conditions, the images of 53 kinds of wheat (half kermel) were acquired in reflecting light and analyzed in RGB, CMYK, HIS, Lab and gray format respectively. Excellent correlativity was obtained between each optimum color parameter and vitreosity or PRI(r values were over 0.9).
