摘要
为了使广大食品科技人员更好地了解和利用好食品科技核心期刊,收集整理了16种食品工业类中文核心期刊的有关信息,包括期刊的刊期、年发稿量、被各种数据库的收录情况和投稿信箱.以总被引频次和影响因子作为期刊学术影响力的评价指标,比较分析了16种食品工业类中文核心期刊的学术影响力.
In order to make the scientific and technical personnel to know and use the food science core journals, the information including the circulation each year, the citation and the Email for contribution of 16 Chinese food industry core journals were collected. According to the cited frequency and the impact factor of each journal, 16 food science central journals were compared for their academic influence.
