摘要
温度测量是工业生产中的一个重要环节。采用石英晶体作为温度传感器,利用石英晶体对温度的灵敏度高、线性度好等优点,以80C552单片机为控制核心,实现了温度的高精度测量和测量结果的数字显示等技术。通过软件实现的数字滤波,减少了测量噪声。实验结果表明,系统设计合理、工作稳定可靠、温度测量精度高。同时给出了温度测量系统的硬件结构和软件设计。
Temperature measurement is an important part in the industries. Quartz crystal has the following merits: high sensitivity to temperature,good linearity and so on. Based on the above merits,a high precision temperature measurement with digital display is carried out,in which the quartz crystal as a temperature sensor and the 80C552 MCU as a control core are adopted. And we design a digital filter realizing by software to reduce the measure noise. This paper illustrates the hardware structure and software design of the temperature measurement system. The experiment results show that the system has the reasonable design,the good dependability and high measurement precision.
