摘要
利用非晶态物质的实验数据,通过理论分析,对非晶态电子模型和声子谱进行了分析和研究,得出了非晶态近自由电子模型与自由电子模型有比较高的近似程度,在处理非晶态金属及合金等材料时可以采用自由电子模型;而非晶态声子在低能态密度增加,声子谱低频端软化;由于动量不守恒,电子声子在更大相空间内相互作用,从而导致了2αF(ω)低频端的上升。
Using empirical datum of the amorphous state material, has obtained the amorphous state near free - electron model,and the free- electron model has the quite high approximate degree through carting on the analysis and the research to the amorphous state electronic model and the phonon spectrum. It may use the free - electron model in processing materials and so on amorphous state metal and alloy,also the amorphous state phonon density increases in low- energy states, phonon spectrum at the extremity of low frequency soften. As a result of momentum nonconservation, electronic phonon in bigger phase space interaction,thus caused to rises of a^2F(ω) at the extremity of low frequency.
