摘要 为适应工业现场总线的现状和工业网关的需求,基于对现场传输的信息量和速度的考虑,设计了一种基于51系列单片机的多总线接口的经济型嵌入式工业网关,满足现场实时性和可靠性要求,实现了“管控一体化”。分析了系统的软件实现,鉴于现场传输信息的复杂性,仅以立即传输的信息为例,给出了CAN和以太网协议转换流程图。 In order to adapt the actuality of industrial field bus and the demand of industrial gateway, considering the quantity of information and speed of transmission in industry, an economical embedded industrial gateway which is based on monolithic integrated circuit of 51 series and integrated with multiform interface is designed, satisfies the real- time and reliable request,realizes the integration of management and control. The implementation of software is analyzed. In view of the fact that complexity of information which is transmitted in industry, gives the information which is transmitted immediately for example,the process flow of the conversion of CAN and Ethernet protocol is presented.
