简介燃煤电厂锅炉袋式除尘器使用情况和国内外使用差异,重点介绍了PPS和PPS+P84纤维针刺毡滤料及其使用条件、新近研发的低阻高效PPS和PPS+P84梯度针刺毡滤料、高温高硫系统使用的PTFE纤维复合梯度针刺毡滤料。给出了部分滤料的试验测试结果和梯度针刺毡滤料使用工程示例。

The effects of the fiber bag precipitator applied in power station boiler and the differences in domestic and abroad have been introduced simply. Emphasis is put on illustrations of PPS, PPS＋P84 fiber （ACF） needle felt filter material and their application conditions, and PPS, PPS＋P84 gradient fiber needle felt filter material with lower resistance and higher efficiency characteristics, PTFE fiber complex gradient needle felt filter material applied in high temperature and high sulfur environments. The partial test results and project samples of ACF needle felt filter material have also been given.
