摘要
为了提高气流到达手术区的速度,增强气流的抗干扰能力,增大回风口的排污效率,本文介绍了在送风口周围加设挡板的方法,利用CFD进行数值模拟得到加设挡板和不加挡板在温度分布、气流流型和颗粒浓度分布上的差别,同时得出500 mm是挡板较为合理的长度。
For increasing the air velocity to arrive at the operating area, intensifying the anti-jamming of airflow, and increasing the pollution discharge efficiency, the method in which a baffle plate around the inlet was added was introduced. By using CFD method, the temperature distribution, airflow pattern and contaminant dispersion were analyzed, and the operating room fitted with baffle plate and without baffle plate were compared. It was found out that the reasonable length of baffle plate is 500 mm.
