摘要
为了降低烧结温度,增大电阻率,掺杂了适量PbO,Bi2O3与TiO2。利用SEM、XRD、高精度LCR分析仪及振动样品磁强计等,研究了添加的微量钴对NiCuZn铁氧体微结构及磁性能的影响。结果表明:钴对铁氧体的tC、μi、Hc、ρ及Pcv均有明显的影响,当微量钴加入量为0.02时(摩尔比),μi的高频性能下降。
In order to reduce sintering temperature and increase resistivity, suitable amounts of PbO, Bi2O3 and TiO2 were doped. The microstruture and magnetic properties of NiCuZn ferrite doped amount cobalt were investigated by XRD, SEM and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) etc. Obtained results show that doped microamounts of cobalt in NiCuZn freeite have remarkable influence of Curie temperature tc μi, He, resistivity p and power waste Pcv, especially μi. And the μi decreases in high-frequency section when doped amounts of cobalt is 0.02.
