摘要
采用两种不同聚合度的丙烯酸(PAA)乳液,通过向其中添加自制的乙醇胺类增塑剂,再辅以相应的助剂,制得了水溶性粘合剂。实验发现,这种粘合剂具有较宽的分子量分布范围,较低的黏度及平缓的热失重曲线,配制的瓷浆不易产生气泡而且分散性好,流延膜片平整无针孔无气泡并有良好的弹性强度,适合于贱金属MLCC的制造。
Aqueous binder was prepared using two kinds of PAA emulsions with different polymerization degrees, self made plasticizer, and corresponding auxiliary. The results indicate that this kind of binder has a wide molecular weight distribution, a low viscosity and smooth TGA curve. And little foam is found in the corresponding ceramic slurry, which has good dispersibility. The casting film has fine smoothness and elastic strength. Moreover, the film has no pin holes or foam. A conclusion is drawn that this kind of aqueous binder is suitable for BME MLCC manufacture.
