摘要
平台罗经系统结构的动态性能决定其工作精度和可靠性,应用有限元数值计算方法,对某型号平台罗经框架结构系统进行了动力响应分析,得到了三环框架结构系统在承受正弦周期载荷时的响应曲线、谐振频率点的振型及最大振幅,建立了平台框架结构系统(横摇环-纵摇环-方位环)各部分位移和载荷响应的传递关系.通过分析计算,提出了提高结构系统的动态性能改进方法,为今后的改进和设计提供了理论依据.
The accuracy of a platform compass is influenced directly by its dynamic properties. A base theory and methods to improve the structure system dynamic properties were studied. First a dynamic response analysis of the frame structure system of a platform compass was applied by using the finite element method (FEM). Then the response curve and the harmonic response frequency point under the cyclic load were found. Also determined were the modal shape and the maximum value on the harmonic response frequency point of the structure system from the response curves. Lastly, the transfer relation of the displacement and load of every part of the frame structure system was established-from the outside frame to inside frame to platform component.
