摘要 本文报道了一种化学合成泛醌(辅酶Q10)的简捷方法,以茄呢醇为原料,经溴化、缩合、水解和加成反应得到合成泛醌(辅酶Q10)的关键中间体——4-十异戊烯基-3-羟基-3-甲基-1-丁烯。该化合物再和2,3-二甲氧基-5-甲基-1,4-苯醌偶联后得到泛醌(辅酶Q10)。 A concise synthetic method of Ubiquinone (CoQ10) was reported in this paper. 4-Decaprenyl-3-hydroxy-3-methyl 1 butene, a key intermediate for Ubiquinone (CoQ10), was prepared from solanesol via bromization, coupling, hydrolyzation and additional reaction. Finally, the pure CoQ10 was obtained by the coupling of 4-Decaprenyl-3-hydroxy 3-methyl 1 butene with 2, 3 dimethoxyl 5 methyl 1,4-benzoquinone.
