Base on its service, property management enterprises have special knowledge on facility's (unction, customers' satisfaction and facility's economic. So it can take advantage of its special knowledge to serve for house development, design and the buying decision. This can extend property management enterprise business, at the same time it also can improve development management and reduce project's life cycle cost.
