DF_(7G)型青藏铁路调车机车柴油机的研制与试验

Development and test of DF_(7G) shunting locomotive diesel engine for Qinghai-Tibet Railway

针对青藏高原特殊的自然环境,提出了DF_(7G)型青藏铁路调车机车装用的EQ16V240ZJB型柴油机的高原运用技术方案,侧重于在其原型机(16V240ZJC型柴油机)基础上的改进,进行关键部件选型和配套,完成了柴油机台架性能试验、水阻试验和高原性能试验。

Keeping in mind of special natural enviroment in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,the solution for DF_(7G) shunting locomotive to be equipped with EQ16V240ZJB diesel engine to application to Qinghai-Tibet plateau is offered with the stress put on reforming the orignal 16V240ZJC engine.Model selection and match of critical parts have been performed,and the diesel engine performance bench test,hydraulic resistance test and highland test have been completed.
