摘要
2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶是生产吡虫啉、吡虫清和噻虫啉等的重要中间体,5-降冰片烯-2-醛是环戊二烯-丙稀醛法合成2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶第一步反应中得到的中间产物。5-降冰片烯-2-醛由环戊二烯和丙稀醛发生狄尔斯-阿尔德(Diels-Alder)反应而成。以正交实验方式优化出5-降冰片烯-2-醛的反应条件。考查了原料配比、反应温度和反应时间对反应的影响,并对不同的保温温度进行考查,确定出最佳的保温温度。
2--Chloro-5--chloromethylpyridine was known as an important intermediate of insecticide such as imidacloprid, acetamiprid and thiacloprid. 5--Norbornene-2--carboxaldehyde was the first intermediate of 2--chloro-5--chloromethylpyridine synthesized through dicyclopentadiene--acrylic aldehyde method. 5--Norbornene-2--carboxaldehyde was prepared by acrylic aldehyde and dicyclopentadiene, the optimum reaction conditions were obtained via orthogonal experiments The effect of the proportion of raw materials, the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the reactions were investigated. The incubated temperature was further examined, and the optimum incubation temperature was obtained.
