摘要
利用有限元法对3种类型收集极的电场问题进行计算分析,比较了相同边界条件不同几何结构腔体对收集极电场分布的影响。计算结果表明半球形腔体可以使电子束较均匀地发散于收集极表面,可以有效减小电子束对收集极局部集中“着陆”。模拟分析为收集极的腔体几何结构方案优化设计提供有效的参考依据。
Electric field analysis about three types of collectors has been carried out through finite element method in this paper. Compared to the different electric field depending on same boundary condition. The computing results indicated the semi-globe type of collector to be the design. And the conclusions drawn from the analysis can provide some references for the design of collectors.
