摘要
提出了自适应运动链概念,指出自适应运动链的自由度为0或-1。给出了自适应运动链的构型综合原则和方法,利用“胚图支链法”综合出了8杆的自适应运动链的全部构型。提出了自适应机构的设计方法,并给出了设计实例,为自适应机构的创新设计提供了理论依据。
The notion of self-adaptive kinematic chains is brought forward in this paper,and its DOF should be 0 or -1. The synthesis principle and method of self-adaptive kinematic chains is given. All the self-adaptive structures of 8 bars are synthesized by the method of embryonic graph and branch chains. The design method and design examples are discussed too. The theoratieal basis is provided for innovation design of self-adaptive mechanism.
